About

Operators first. Advisors second.

We have built, scaled, and exited the businesses we now help you develop.

The Firm

An advisory firm built to execute, not just advise.

The firms charging the most on cross-border mandates had often never built a business, sat in a real negotiation, or lived with the consequences of their own structuring advice. Founders were being sold playbooks by people who had never used one.

Jeremy Gaillard came from quantitative research, commodities intermediation, and capital raising across Paris, Monaco, and Dubai. Jayson Milkias came from commercial strategy, sourcing, and negotiation across China, India, and MENA. They met in a privately managed hedge fund and found they had the same complaint about the advisers around them.

M&G Signature is the answer to that gap. The people on the brief are the people who have built and run operating businesses themselves, and who stay in the room through execution rather than stopping at diagnosis. Two partners, a team of analysts across London and Paris, and a deliberately small book of mandates.

The Partners

Two principals. Every mandate.

The Network as an Asset

The thing you are actually engaging.

Cross-border deals turn on relationships built over years, not introductions arranged in a week. Our network is the asset clients retain us for: real operators, capital sources, distribution channels, and counterparties across the corridors that matter.

United Kingdom

City of London, advisory and capital relationships.

France

Paris commercial and capital-raising network.

Switzerland

Banking, wealth, and holding-structure partners.

Monaco

Family-office and financial-services access.

UAE

Dubai and Abu Dhabi - banking, capital, and trade.

China

Sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution channels.

MENA & Africa

Government-grade distribution and partnership access.

India & Southeast Asia

Manufacturing and commercial partnerships.

How We Work With Clients

Principal-level, hands-on, deliberately selective.

We take on a small number of mandates at any one time. That is a choice, not a constraint. It is how we keep both partners in the room on every brief, and how we stay in execution rather than slipping into oversight.

You speak to a principal from the first call, through the mandate, and after it closes. There is no associate layer because there does not need to be: the person you hire is the person doing the work.
